RETURNS
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive an item in defective or damaged condition, please send us an email at store@discoverstcharles.com and we will mail you a new item immediately.
EXPERIENCES CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the start of your scheduled tour in order to receive a refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after that time or for failing to show for your tour.
